We were in Barcelona on May 10, although we weren't invited to the christening of the Riviera a we did depart May 12, 2012 on the Marina, the sister ship of the Riviera for France and Italy. It is our opinion Oceania has the best price point for the mid size ships positioned in the high end of the middle price range. Our suite 12006 was 1000 square feet and was outstanding. We departed from Barcelona, Spain then on to Provence (Marseille), France, Saint-Tropez, France, Cannes, France, Monte Carlo, Monaco, Cinque Terre (La Spezia), Italy, Florence/Pisa/Tuscany (Livorno), Italy, Sorrento/Capri, Italy, Amalfi/Positano, Italy Cruising the Mediterranean Sea Oct to Rome (Civitavecchia), Italy.

The OC suite was the BEST! We are spoiled now. My wife will not stay in anything but an OC suite or above. Fabulously service, large walk in closet, 2 bathrooms, a media room with a large screen TV, IPads, a dining area, large living room and an outside veranda with a hot tub and TV out there as well. This is our second Oceania Cruise. We did meet people aboard that have cruised with Oceania more than 10 times.
