Best Holiday Ever!

Sail Date: January 2014
Destination: Southern Caribbean
Embarkation: Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

We booked our first cruise with Celebrity through TA in May 2013 and were able to get a senior's rate.

The ship was beautiful and very clean. Staff were seen every day cleaning and dusting staircases, etc. Cabin staff were very helpful and quietly efficient.

We would have enjoyed a larger pool area, but it was a small detail that did not prevent us from enjoying ourselves.

Entertainment was varied and for the most part excellent.

Food was very good. Sometimes it was difficult to choose, as there were so many good choices. We did ask for more vegetables and potatoes for some dinner entrees as we found some dishes were a little heavy on the meat portions.

Wait staff was very attentive and friendly. They remembered our requests after the first time.

Was very impressed with the glassblowing demonstrations. Extremely well done and presented.

On port days, we enjoyed being welcomed back to the pier with a cool drink and More refreshing towel before re-boarding.

Would definitely cruise with Celebrity again. Less

Cabin review: Celebrity Eclipse 8296

We booked an inside cabin, in the aft, and were not disappointed. I had read posts about there not being enough storage space. We found that there was plenty of space and that was with my husband's tux, a suit, 4 dress shirts, and my three gowns for the formal nights.Bathroom was small but not cramped. I think the bathroom on the Princess was smaller.Cabin was quiet. Very little exterior noise.
