What a dream vocation.

Sail Date: January 2014
Destination: Eastern Caribbean
Embarkation: San Juan

We went on our fourth cruise with Carnival and as usual we were not disappointed. Right from the time the cruise was booked we had surprises all the way. First with discounts then when we got on the Valor. We were greeting like old friends and always with a smile. The ship was clean and the food was fantastic. We went to the steak house on two different occasions and as usual it was perfect. The service was beyond, made you feel like royalty. The dining room staff,Gladimere,Jose and Alexander were our waiters and they were beyond excellent. They made us feel at home and at all times were prompt, courteous, friendly and the accolades go on. Our room staff kept our room clean and our ice buckets full. Basically everything was beyond our expectations. We hated to leave but be guaranteed that we will cruise with Carnival again, again and again.

The room was centrally located so was close to elevators and accessible to all levels. We both have mobility issues so this was important More to us. The room was kept clean, ice bucket kept full and our bed was always turned down and chocolates for a treat at the end of the day. I especially like the towel art.The night we came back and a towel monkey with my sunglasses on and hanging from the ceiling was perfect. Less

We hired a private taxi. He was well informed and took us to things we might not have seen. He took us to a local eatery and it was fantastic.
