I really enjoyed the cruise. More so because I got to visit with my best friend and daughter, both from Ontario and spend quality time with my son too. We had a mini suite, which certainly was the make of a great vacation. We thoroughly enjoyed our room, balcony and decent sized bathroom. Never felt crowded, perfect room for us.

I didn't find the food aboard the ship particularly good, with the exception of the specialty restaurants. Most food I found to be bland. I like lots of flavor. The service around the ship was mediocre at best, with the rare exception. Some staff were downright rude, like the Young English lady at the disembarkation point. She actually yelled at us as the ships disembarkation was running late and I began to be concerned about my daughter's and girlfriend's flight home. Their flight was at 11:30am. so I approached her and another young man to enquire what could be done as our color pink was to be last and they were not even close to it by 9:oo am, like it read in the departure information pack that was delivered to our stateroom. We were lied to then, and told that the luggage had yet to be cleared by customs. But we have all cruised before and know the luggage is cleared early and it is just the passengers that need to be cleared next. We were told to exit by the young man and that he would inform the staff ahead of us that we needed to depart. The young English lady who stood only a few feet away who was aware of our conversation became hostile and yelled at us. That was truly rude.

The bartender at the muts pool in the evening was fantastic....he being the exception. All service in each dining room was also excellent. Our room steward Eguardo was fantastic too. Read more
