Traveled with my husband, son and DIL.This was hubby and my 42nd cruse and my sons (35th cruise). It took us that long to finally find the cruise line we really enjoyed. We are Diamond Plus on RC. From the minute we got on the ship until the morning we had to depart, we had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the smoke free ship and the adult like atmosphere throughout the cruise. We upgraded the classic beverage package to the premium and it was outstanding. We had thought because it was a NYE cruise that bar service would be crowded and slow but that was definitely not the case. the bartenders at the Molecular bar were outstanding (what a hard job they have making drinks with so many ingredients).and all the while smiling and giving their guests a great time. The martini bar was so much fun with the bartenders doing flair.

No cruise is perfect we learned that a long time ago, however, it sure was close. The Murano restaurant was absolutely amazing a 5 star plus experience. The food and service were just outstanding. The Tuscan restaurant was good but we were already spoiled by Murano. Qsine was enjoyed by my son and DIL but it was just ok for hubby and me. The Dinig Room was good, we have had much worse. However, the service was slow and the variety seemed to be missing as the same dishes were offered on different nights. Food was good for the dining room.

The casino was fun especially with the open concept and no smoke. The buffet was very good. Offered lots of choices. The only other negative we noticed is that when you hit the time right after lunch there is very little food to be had other than pizza and pasta or hamburgs and hot dogs. Read more
