This cruise had promise but failed to deliver.
I have cruised 15wks with HAL/Princess/Celebrity and now 11 days with Cunard - unfortunately!
I am a wheelchair user and on all previous cruises have been offered help in the Buffet 'restaurant' but not on Cunard. The 'pursers' aka Customer services told me that "It is our policy not to help".
