Sail Date: Jan 2014

Just returned from our sailing on the Liberty with hubby and friends. Good choice, a remarkable price, a quick break in our unseasonal cold weather in SW FL, and some good deals in Cozumel. Long lines for embarkation and disembarkation most likely because of construction at the port.

Our cabins on 7 were fine, clean and our cabin steward very helpful and friendly. As we do on any ship we sail on we have the room service coffee to get the day started, followed by breakfast in the MDR. We chose our time dining and after dinner the first night decided to make reservations for the same table. Lovely service and great food. The strawberry Pavlova was perfection. Fun and attentive wait staff. Remembering our friend liked his coffee when he sat down, not at the end of dinner and remembering another wanted a Coke with her meal was nice. Even remembering which roll we liked, nice touch. We enjoyed the ease of the Promenade for picking up a quick slice of pizza, a sweet or a cup of coffee for a quick lunch on the go.

We enjoyed the Ice Show. Can't recommend the In The Air, just personal preference. Others rave. Saturday Night Fever was not great, could have missed it. The show on the Promenade on the first night was like being in New Orleans for Mardi Gras! And By the Way, Sprinkles frozen yogurt, by the pool, was refreshing and free, not like Ben and Jerry's.

Cabin Review

Nice interior cabin, easy to find, go past the library, turn right at the green carpet, turn left at the next green carpet and go down to your cabin on the right. Quiet, no potty stink. Was fine for 4 night sail.
