Spouse tends to get motion sickness yet we took this cruise to find out........gravol patches work great so if this is the reason you have not gone on a cruise, then it is not a reason anymore........not to mention this ship is so big there is very little motion.......where do I start.......there is so much to do on this ship, it is an attraction on it's own, yes there is shopping but also many restaurants, activities and shows........also has many pools and hot tubs/jaccuzzis........staff bend over backwards to provide service......landlubbers could tear a page out of their book to improve service........there are 3 dining rooms that serve great meals.....and buffets as well as sandwich shops, specialty restaurants.....be ready to gain weight......all shows are worth going to, in particular, hairspray, come fly with me which is similar to cirque du soleil and the comedy show.......has a casino if you like to gamble.....in any case google the ship or Royal Carribean to see it all......cabins did not make us feel clautrophobic, we had a balcony which I like for privacy, ......enjoyed Nassau and the Atlantis tour, St Thoms was barely ok....unless you are looking for jewelry......St Martens took the ultimate tour, enjoyed that as it includes an inland cruise on a double decker boat with refreshments included......We could do this cruise again and still end up doing something different on the boat and excursions........the big question.....from those who hesitate to take a cruise.......as a first time cruiser.......yes we would........don't be afraid, it is not scary......this is a great ship for your first time.....we requested mid ship to minimize on any potential movement......

Cabin Review

great room, bed was great, 3 piece washroom, no bath tub, shower only, dressing table, plenty of closet space, has a small bar fridge. ....only one chair, so second person has to sit on the bed.......room attendant provided excellent service......very relaxing colours......did not feel closed in.......biggest complaint is to be connected to the world is an exhorbitant cost compared to on land.....phone and entertainement at a time when every hotel and resort, coffe shops, restaurants etc provide it at no cost.....as a result I did not post on facebook, pictures etc..... a valuable loss of advertising for the cruise industry......
