Pros: The waitstaff in the sunset dining room were excellent and hard working. Eager to please the diners. The room stewards were fantastic. Our family had a total of 4 cabins and were all happy with the attention the stewards gave to the cleanliness of the room. Our waitstaff and cabin steward greeted us by name when passing throughout the ships.

Cons: The entertainment was horrible. They would do better off hiring the rejects from Americas got talent or American idol. The stage was small and the room did not provide much seating compared to the capacity of the ship. Just not impressive in any way. The music was so loud and distorted that you needed ear protection. Many people got up and left. The hypnotist show is so stupid. If you want great entertainment ride on the carnival dream.

Cons: One of our family members cabins reeked of sewage. The maintenance crew were quick to remedy the problem but the initial fix was replacing the cabin air filter and leaving some overly fragrant room deodorizers. There was a squeaking sound in the walls of cabin 1482 which made a good night sleep nearly impossible. My parents also had a problem with their cabin 1531 which had toilet issues.
