We just completed a 4 and 5 day cruise on the Ruby Princess. Princess offered a really good deal and many people were doing multiple back to back cruises. I will tell the good and bad for each cruise. Unfortunately Princess made several very aggravating errors at the beginning of each cruise and these spoiled the mood. You know the expression “never fool with someone else’s money”, well Princess really made some major missteps on each cruise. The first cruise was a 4 day cruise, they could find no record of our shareholder credit and also lost our vouchers for the ”Crown Grill” The front desk was clueless. It took 2 days of our 4 day cruise to straighten this out. Never did they apologize for their mistakes even after they were shown documentation of our credits. On the second cruise they managed to lose our coffee card, this only took one day to get corrected. When you start cruises with this aggravation it is a real downer.

Our Meet and Greets went well and Princess was good enough to have their senior officers attend. Nice job to the organizers of both Meet and Greets. Our Gift Exchange went very well. The handsome gentleman who ran it had a great sense of humor. Princess did charge us $10 for the use of a microphone at the event. Really Princess this is a bit petty, charging for a microphone at an event for Cruise Critic.

Let me discuss some positives:
