My wife and I are Platinum tiered NCL cruisers. We found the ship to be absolutely beautiful. The balcony cabin was somewhat small but designed to fully accommodate our want for a balcony(which seems to be very small) but let the sunshine in. The bathroom was wonderfully re-designed which meant a lot for the cabin. The overall employee services were wonderful. We did find, the ship being fully booked, caused delay in food services at specialty restaurants which we dine at 3 nights. This will hopefully change as time goes by. We are once again booked in November, 2014. The free shows were very good, we were surprised other shows required a fee and hopefully NCL will reconsider removing these fees.
