Carnival has downgraded service on this ship to the point of nearly non existent. While the Cabin Steward and the Waiters at dinner did their level best to make the experience enjoyable, the Captain was notably absent even from his own welcoming party. The officers that did attend were bored and couldn't wait to get out of there. The cruise director was a voice on the ships announcing system.

Programs offered on other cruises as noted on their website were not offered on this cruise. Food was barely acceptable same menu all cruse long on the Lido deck with no change in main dishes or rotation of pastery etc.

Lobster offered for dinner was a rock shrimp tail the prime rib you could see through the cut. Read more
