having cruised before on the dream it is difficult to notice how the refit has improved matters or what they spent the money on?

Flight - awful service and food, breakfast on the way home to Manchester was inedible, there might be reasonable leg room but width was very limited, also we sat near the toilets and could hear every "movement" as well as the constant banging of the doors. Drinks very expensive (I have flown long haul on 8 occasions this year but this is the first one I have been charged for drinks).

Food - the menu in the Orion was OK but the food did not live up to its billing, and in our opinion was bland, poor quality, and definitely not as good as before. Very repetitive in the buffets. Service whilst mostly with a smile was slow on most evenings (staff budget cuts?) but when we ate on a formal night 1st sitting they obviously wanted us out as I was still eating a salad when they were putting out the main course.

Cabin Review

Cabin DE

small but adequate lack of storage a problem, v quiet but for noise at showtimes from the broadway theatre above, cabin staff brilliant (Don Don)
