We were first time cruisers since we never really had a desire to spend 7-15 days with 3,000 people!! Windstar was wonderful!! Small ship, small number of people, no young children running around, no rock climbing walls!! Loved the serenity of sailing close to the water. Loved the freedom of not having to wear fancy attire. Loved the crew and the open bridge! Loved the cabin and the laundry service!! Just loved the whole experience!

Loved it so much that we are going back this summer on back to back sailings from Rome to Lisbon.

We are a quiet couple who enjoys sightseeing and relaxing and Windstar was just perfect for us. We didn't want to battle crowds for dining or disembarking the yacht. We love good food, but don't need 10 restaurants from which to choose. We aren't big drinkers or gamblers so we didn't really care about all that. We just wanted to experience the different sights, sounds, and tastes of the different ports of call.

Cabin Review

Excellent cabin.Spacious and comfortable. Larger than we expected. Large closet and plenty of storage.
