Overall a great week!
Embarkation: Took about 30 minutes to an hour to get from parking to onboard.
Cabin: Family had one balcony across from an inside. Both were spacious enough for us and provided a lot of storage.
Dining: The dining room took a little over an hour each night. This was fine because we never had anywhere to be afterwards. It was nice being able to enjoy our dinner with out ever feeling rushed. Diana, Vivian, and Ivan were a great wait staff and always made sure we had everything we needed. Added a personal touch by calling us by name on the second day.
Entertainment: Get to comedy shows really early, we barely made it the first two days and then after that if you showed up twenty minutes before the show they would already be turning people away. Other things were fun like the deck parties and love and marriage show, found this to be pretty fun and humorous.
Ports: Our excursion to do cave tubing in Belize was cancelled due to heavy rains the night before (caves flooded). Honduras was a great relaxation port with a beautiful beach! Cozumel provided great shopping.
Crew was always friendly and helpful. Jamie the cruise director was great and funny. Always would help you find something that was going on. It was a bonus that she graduated from my family's favorite school (Michigan State University).
Debarkation: Took our bags off ourselves and from the time they called our deck to us getting in our car was maybe 30 minutes. Were in the car by 8:30.
This was our first cruise on Carnival and overall it was great. Would take a carnival cruise again.
