Ship Facts: Voyager of the Seas Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Voyager of the Seas Deck Plans
Waiting for the wow!

This was my 3rd cruise, previously being on the carnival spirit which was wow.

Boarding was good , reasonable time tKe. To board no problems. Walking through the hallways to room it smelt musty and old ,looked like the hallways needed a good makeover and freshening up

Room was good .

Food was terrible very poor quality and most definitely not up to the standard I expected from this ship. The fine dining food was bistro food heated up and place on plate with the menu selection being meh, not sure what to order as none of it sounded appetising. Windjammer buffet had absolutely no selection and the food was bland and also lacking quality. Well overcrowded but that is to be expected on a cruise ship of this size. The dining room breakfast was nice but still below standard. Drinks were freaking fantastic, not badly priced and no worries about not getting a full nip of alcohol as ey were extremely generous.

Understaffed to say the least the deck areas were always a mess with masses of empty drink glasses and plates from buffet lunch on the deck scattered everywhere , rarely saw a staff member out picking up or clearing. No staff walking around taking drinks while laying around pool and to get a drink at the bar took forever. Gym was great classes that were actually free were great. The spa place way way overpriced ...expensive!

Pig and whistle was awesome little pub with a great entertainer and a great atmosphere but not big enough.

My highlight was the parade on the last night , so much fun awesome colours shriek puss in boots princess Fiona such a great way to end the cruise.because of this parade I will consider taking my girls on it but only if I got a really really good price other wise carnival spirit all the way for me.
