I am a little late in writing this review however events upon our return home conspired against a timely submission and so I shall rely on my notes and memory.

This was our second Mediterranean cruise with Celebrity and we were looking forward to the experience. We had toured the western Mediterranean on the Solstice in 2011 and this time we were touring the eastern Med.

Embarkation was the quickest and most efficient I have encountered in the five cruises I have taken. It took very little time and it seemed that we did not have to pass through a massive gauntlet of staff trying to get us to book massages, specialty restaurants etc. We even managed to by pass the usual photo shoot which for us, has never produced a magical, must have picture.
