I sailed on the Epic on January 4, 2014. I had read the reviews on CC from November and December and was concerned about the negative comments.

I made a point of taking notes to give a fair review. I arrived at the ship at 11:15 am and check in was efficient. Waited to get on ship for about 30 minutes (in 4th group to board). Went to guest services once on board to purchase "posh pass" for 18th deck (which I hardly used and really didn't need), and waited for 20 minutes in the long line. However didn't feel it was a too long to get business done and go to lunch.

Went to O'Sheehan's for lunch and had a great salad wedge with smoked salmon--very good service and pleasant service. Read more
