Overall, For the price, it was good. We went for just over 1,200 PP. Tax incl. Had a Port hole room
The ship was easy to navigate around. Lots of activities on board if your an Older traveler. Staff does try to accommodate you the best they can given the restrictions they have to follow.
The food in the "DINING ROOM" is very good. I like that you do not have to do preferred seating. This give you more flexibility. Especially when out on shore excursion's.
The ship is in very good condition! BUY YOUR ONBOARD SUVIONEERS towards the last few days at sea!!! ( two days) Much better discounts! Every ship is designed this way! Save a few bucks!
Very long lines in the buffet's.. The food is diverse, but substandard of what you would expect from The Princess Line. Much like cafeteria food. The mail dish is changed daily, however many of the other dishes are repeated often. Lots of theme nights which is great however, if you don't really like that particular nights theme, you have little to no choice for options. The main dining room ( The ONLY free one) Might be your option. They do have a pizza and hamburger stand out side on deck 14 ( very good and free as well)
Room service food is less then desirable, I tried everything that they offered on the complimentary menu ( part of the inclusive services) The built in 15% tip applies to everything else on the ship! You do have the option to opt out and tip on your own.. I would highly suggest this to all traveler's! You'll find that better service is given.... I didn't like having to give someone a tip who wasn't doing their job! The staff is changing all the time for various reasons. Many have no clue where things are and are not much help when you ask them... I've cruised quiet a bit. I guess the standards have just lowered due to the economy. I'm still paying the same price however?? Would I do this cruise again?
