Tired ship

Sail Date: December 2013
Destination: Canary Islands
Embarkation: Tenerife

Went on a weeks cruise pre-Christmas round the Canaries and sorry to say this ship is old and outdated it needs taking out of service.

Fixtures and fittings are old our cabin had no air-conditioning had to get it repaired shower wouldn't work proper had to get that repaired. cabin smelled dank and damp.

Elsewhere on the ship everything was old-fashioned and dated compared to the modern ships. Dining room was dark wood panelling which looked past its' best

Food was good but not all that spectacular (had better food on other cruise ships). Most of the waiters were pleasant but some liked to dictate where you sat an pulled their face if you objected to those seats.

Entertainment was good but the entertainment crew just ignored you in the day and were arrogant (it was us passengers paying their wages after all). Never saw them doing anything else other than the shows not like on other cruise ships.

All-in-all a good itinary for ports of call More but won't cuise on this ship gain. Less
