First of all, I want to preface this long review by stating that our group had a great time with the people that we went with. The combination of bad service and bad food has definitely left a sour taste for us and this will definitely be our last cruise for a very long time.

At the end of the trip, we were very happy that our experience on the Diamond Princess had finally ended. It was by far the worst experience we've ever had on any cruise or vacation for that matter. We have never received such bad service, most of the employees (if not all) had little to no regard to what the customer wants.

Background Information This was our 3rd cruise. We've cruised to the Caribbean on Carnival and Royal Caribbean. This was our first time on Princess and it will definitely be our last. We traveled with a group of 70 people, ranging in ages from 2 years to 72 years
