When it's good it is very very good, but when it's bad...
Destination: Eastern Caribbean
Our Butler (Naala) was so good that her contribution to our happiness with this cruise cannot be overstated. She was always there meeting every need in the most appropriate fashion. Even went so far as wanting to go over our bill with us to make sure there were no inaccurate charges. The aft corner Sky Suite was stunning although the veranda was less than expected. The food service in the MDR was acceptable with the Wine Sommelier (Rita) being extrodinary.
The food in the MDR was terrible, however. The lobster on the 2nd formal night was the More absolute worst meal I have ever had. Not even edible. This ship needs a new Executive Chef. The specialty restaurants were much better but by no means in the excellent category.
If you are expecting "excellent" food you will be disappointed. Even so, we had a great time with our wait staff and the overall experience. Less

This Suite was fantastic but the veranda smaller than expected.
Port and Shore Excursions
Even though we arrived late due to the strong head winds and rough seas, this was a nice surprise. Walking through Old San Juan and the Fort is about all you can do when you do not arrive until 4 p.m.
Read the reviews on Trip Advisor and here. This is the best excursion you will ever take. Book early as it fills up. Capt Bob and his son Bret are fantastic hosts. What a great day for our party of 4. Brand new vessel that FLYS through the water taking you to all the sites on both sides of the island.
The citizens of this beautiful island were rude as usual. Sapphire Beach Resort is now a full blown dump, and downright dangerous. Too bad since it has the best snorkling on the island. Even the dive shop was all boarded up and is abandonded. Blackbeards Castle is a waste and not worth the trouble.
