This ship has way too many mechanical issues and I would stay far away from it. It may have been okay on the lower decks but the spa decks were a joke. They are the smallest cabin I've ever stayed in, there was only one elevator to decks 11 and 12 but because of the way the buttons were laid out everyone crammed into it because most didn't hit the lower button to call the others. The elevators didn't stop at the spa decks if called, they only stopped if you were in the elevator so if you have mobility issues you don't want to stay there. They also stopped the only working one on the first and last days so you're hoofing it up stairs those days.

So many issues with this cabin and deck that it sounds like the cruise was bad. The cruise was nice but save your money and stay away from the cloud 9 decks. They close the only elevator that goes to those decks on the first and last day. We had water issues and had the plumber there three days in a row. The cabin is TINY and you hear everyone walking above and in the hallway because they aren't soundproofed at all. The staff starts moving the chairs at about 6:15 am everyday so that was my wake up call. About 11:00 pm the running by the younger crowd starts. Only one person at a time can walk around because of the size and the bathroom is so small that you can't turn around. The supposed amenities for staying in a cloud 9 are not worth the extra money. Oh, and don't set high hopes for the saunas because the two days that I tried to use them they had to call the mechanic and I got tired of waiting so I really don't know if they really work, other than the first day when they convince you that you made a wonderful choice.

We had no hot water one day and when they fixed it the water went completely opposite and was scalding so showers were taken at the spa the next day. Since we were in the spa we tried to use the saunas but both days they weren't working.
