this was our first time cruising with Norwegian cruise lines however now our fifth cruise to date

as with everything in life everything was not perfect-as stated in previous reviews no alcohol is allowed other than wine for which you are asked to pay corkage of ten dollars per bottle-

tip -don't buy any wine until you go through the scanning process and the have your big case- u can buy wine at the wee shop past this point put it in your hand luggage and walk on past the wee guy asking for corkage-SIMPLES-hear no evil .speak no evil

the ship in general is in need of a little upgrade as do the cabins

now for the good stuff -the food was amazing . the RAFFLES self serve-the Asian cooking especially .in the evening the WINDOWS restaurant was best for your evening meal and the blue lagoon casual diner -for fish and chips

tea and coffee- was rotten

the staff were amazing a cross section of all countries on the globe-nothing but praise for one and all

your cruise ports-Casablanca- a dive don't waste your time stay on the ship

lanzarote -a bit of a dive but if u want a wee walk and some nice coffee

madeira- nice place for a wander ,went up the cable car .easy to find ,reasonable cost ,great views-a wee tip when the bus drops u off on the mains street there is a nice park and pavilion you can get nice coffee, beer and nice bottle of wine for 8 euro-you cant see it till u enter its at the back -lovely

Malaga- the most commercial ,very nice -wee tip the shop selling leather bags as you come of the ship very good quality and prices

to summarise we have been on better quality ships and more interesting places however the food and sthe staff and overall entertainment was fantastic not bad for £ 500 each that included 3 nights in Barcelona inc hotel, 9 nights on the ship and return flights from Manchester to Barcelona -
