The Constellation looks fantastic - like new - even though it's 13 years old. Staff was fantastic! We had a great time with our kids & grandkids (10 in all). We had the Classic beverage package which is very convenient. Just go ahead and ask for what you want & they will give you Premium but in a smaller glass, etc. Nothing is perfect so here's what went wrong:

My daughter's key would work once & then not work a second time - we assumed it was demagnetized but after three new keys, she asked to see a supervisor since she knew she was careful with the key. The front desk or Guest Services did not allow her to speak to a supervisor & just kept giving her new keys. After 6 visits, her husband had to actually yell three times that he wanted to see a supervisor when they finally agreed & they waited 30 min. When they checked - it was the lock on the door that was broken! Shame on that staff or that supervisor who gave orders to that staff that he did not want to be disturbed! Next: We were in Cabin #'s 6000, 01, 02 & 03 & we only had one warm shower in five nights - they were cool never warm or hot.

Kids Program: We had four kids with us (2, 10, 12, 14). There were no activities for them. The Fun Factory was quite small. My grandson who will be 3 yrs. old in 3 WEEKS was not allowed in without Mom because he was not yet 3 & there were no babysitters available for New Years Eve. It would be good if a program was printed with activities for kids. If they must pay full price then Celebrity should provide something for them. After paying full price for a toddler who ate practically nothing, slept in a pack n play from home & now could not join in the fun of the kids' program - what did we pay for?

Cabin Review

Cabin 6000, 01, 021 & 03 were roomy and larger than the standard cabin. Had view of helicopter pad. Lots of storage. Bring magnets to hold papers on the wall. I hung cameras, handbags on inside door belt/tie rack. Open your suitcase & slide under bed for more room. Cabin had new rug & everything was immaculate. I brought a air freshener but it was not needed. Con: Showers were not hot - only slightly warm. Door #6002 - the lock did not work. If you key does not work, demand an engineer to check the lock.
