Traveled with children

This was the first time with Carnival (usually cruise with Princess and Holland America) and we were not disappointed. We travelled with family (children and grandchildren) and it was heir first time travelling. Embarkation and disembarkation went very smoothly, we arrived at our allocated time and were on the ship within 30 minutes of arriving at the wharf.

Our balcony cabin was comfortable with plenty of storage space, bed and pillows very comfortable. The only problem was that the door to the balcony didn't seal properly and therefore you would hear the whistling of the wind at night, but it didn't really affect our sleep.

The food was good with lots of choices, but probably not at the same standard as other cruises we have been on.

Cabin Review

Cabin was very clean and plenty of room for 2 people with lots of storage space. The balcony was small and had 2 chairs and a small footrest/table.The bathroom was small but comparable to other cruise ships we have been on.I would recommend that you take your own shampoo and conditioner as they shampoo was terrible and there was no conditioner. They also didn't have shower caps or body lotion which we have had provided on other cruises.
