Cabin – The cabin was really nice with tons of storage. The décor was very nice and bathroom was quite large.
Carlos Bakeshop Foods – Excellent taste. Although, the bakery was often closed when we wanted to go, the food was great.
Le Bistro – Food was very good as was service. We ate there 3 nights!
Casino – If you like slots, you will like the casino. There was a great variety of games to pick from. It was a bit crowded in parts of the casino but fun.
Fireworks – Great touch. Short but fun.
Food - The main dining room was not so great. The service was VERY slow. It was very noticeable that the staff was very overworked. There seemed to be either way too many passengers or way too few staff. Either way, it impacted service.
Ropes Course Area – Although it was fun, way too much space is taken up on the top deck with the ropes course, mini golf and basketball court. Why do they still put basketball courts on cruise ships? Honestly, devoting all that space to 5 kids is not a good use of space.
Space to watch fireworks – Remember that ropes course area…it took up all the prime real estate for stuff like this.
La Cucina – Not so great Italian food. Skip this one.
Muster Drill – I have never seen a more disorganized thing in my life. God forbid there were new cruisers on board, they would have no idea where to go in the case of an emergency.
Smoke - The way the casino is designed, there smoke lingered in areas that we have never experienced the smell of smoke before. For example, the casino is a deck above Le Bistro restaurant but we smelled it all during dinner as dined al fresco. You could smell the smoke before and after you were even in the casino.
All in all, we enjoyed the cruise and got it for a great price. I would sail on it again. If I could narrow down to one good and one bad it would be – good cabin, bad smoke.
