Great time on Jewel though for the first time didn't have a balcony (small ship, going just to Bahamas and Key West, hardly any balconies) but was with bf so didn't matter! Sailaway had brief shower but otherwise weather was great. Key West was hottest with Bahamas not hot enough for me but probably for everyone else!

Won dance contest first day on deck with prize of free snorkel equipment in Nassau. Had some conch fritters and nice margarita there, nice cabin and good food as always on RCI. Fave was the Boleros lounge where we pretty much lived every night. Amazing latin band, big smooth dance floor, won a bachata contest, never enough guys to dance with but had my own partner so no matter. I love the RCI ships with Boleros to salsa dance! Free lessons appreciated to meet new people, always a good time. Can't wait, 2 weeks to salsa cruise out of Puerto Rico on Adventure of the Seas with over 200 salseros! No Boleros, strangely, but they are putting aside Jesters and the Lyric for us for classes and dances.

Smaller ship than used to so no ice rink, but RCI lovely all the same. Good mix of people, good staff, nice cabin far away from everyone so nice and quiet, price was great as we went last minute. Getting on and off no problem, no issues.
