6th cruise (4th with carnival) Husband and wife, early 40's. Parents were with us...70 yr olds.

Embarkation - We arrived at the later end of the time designated for us, and we still waited in line for almost an hour. There were 5 computer stations that were not even being used. No one to greet us as we boarded the ship.

Cabin - (8133) We got to our rooms quickly and were thrilled to see our luggage waiting for us. Our balcony cabin was ready except that it was set up with twin beds (even though I chose king when we booked and also pre-checked my online records to make sure "king" was listed there as well). We also had an ashtray full of cigarette butts waiting for us on the balcony. The balcony light bulb was burned out. Disappointed that they didn't have a small fridge or even an ice bucket. Nice storage area with plenty of cabinets/hangers. There were only 4 drawers though and they were falling off their tracks. Glad to have the safe where we could set our own passcode. Bring your own hairdryer! Their dryers are as good as someone blowing on you. Bathroom was fine other than the shower curtain being a little sour smelling. I was happy that we brought a medium size bungee cord with us (on our luggage) because we needed it to secure the bathroom door at night. The door didn't latch properly and would bang open/closed all night with the movement of the ship.
