Several members of our family boarded the Allure in Nov. for a seven night cruise. We had grandchildren from 3 yrs. to 17 yrs old, and adults from the 40's thru the 70's. Oh, what a wonderful time for all. Because there were so many adults, everyone got to do what they wanted to do, even if age restrictions curtailed some little ones. At that point, adults took the little ones and did a different excursion or show. The kids all loved this cruise and most of them tried everything, including lemon donuts for breakfast. Well you can bet it was not the parents who took the little ones for donuts for breakfast. All the special classes and activity centers had special things for the kids to do and kept them busy a lot of the time.

The Allure is the ship for a family vacation, whether it is one family or several generations of family. The smallest 3 yr old did not want to leave the ship when it got back to Ft. Lauderdale. Continued to ask when we were going to get back on.... That was sad for all and little Jason could not understand why he could not go back onboard. I suppose we will have to plan another cruise for the family members next year. If I win the lottery, I will take the entire group of 20+ on another cruise. Yes, the Allure has the great activities. tasty and enjoyable food, and the staff was nothing short of excellent. Such a fuss our stewards and waiters made over us. And we loved every bit of it. Can't wait to do this again. Thanks Royal Caribbean for a job well done.

Cabin Review

We had staterooms 10966, 10697,10701,10709,10585,10653. Great way to entertain a total family from 3 yr olds to +70 yr olds. Food was excellent and service on the entire ship was also excellent. Had not problems for anyone of any age. Will do this again, when possible.
