There is something special going on aboard the recently refurbished Disney Magic. This was our third Disney cruise and our third Disney ship having sailed on the Wonder and the Dream previously. The magic aboard this ship however has to do with the amazing crew in the tween club, The Edge. Where else can we go on vacation and have our 12 and 14 year old children leave us at 8 am and not return until dinner??? Even during dinner they could not wait to get back to the friends and activities awaiting them at the Edge. There were rumors that DCL is considering eliminating this wonderful program due to lack of feedback on the comment cards. These cards provide little opportunity or space to provide feedback on this specific aspect of their cruises. This has always been the highlight of our children's experience on DCL and why they refuse to sail on any other line.

The cruise staff on the Magic was super high energy and delivered fun everywhere they were. My wife and I were able to enjoy plenty of relaxing us time with the children occupied and this itinerary provided the perfect balance of family togetherness and individual time.

Another standout on this cruise were our restaurant service team of Anita and Angga. They went above and beyond to make us feel special, accommodate our every need and desire and entertained us with little puzzles at the table.

Cabin Review

Very nice stateroom. Not very big but we did not spend much time there anyway.
