Flew in the same day to LGA. Our group of 4 got a SUV to the port $85. 2nd time on Splendor. (Flu cruise to canada)We booked an OV which is 220 sq ft. VS regular cabins @185sq. ft. Helped organize our CC M&G thru John Heald ( he sent several door prizes and got us a room. I ran 2 slot pulls and we won a jackpot the 2nd time ($500)

The ship is very well kept and I thought the lido food was very good and the MDR about average. The shows were very good and Malcolm was a blast. The past guest party was a pleasant surprise (better than I thought) We are platinum plus so we had the free laundry and the perks platinum brings. I had no complaints about anything as the staff was very friendly. We missed Nassau due to weather but I 'd been there before. Freeport, not a favorite but the straw market was better than I remembered. Port C. If you don't book an excursion I'd reccommend going to coco beach r/t $12 pp just walk under the bridge and,buy a ticket from the vendor. The ship activities are typical, bingo, pool games, triva, and the marriage game. The casino manager was very accommoding to our group and donated a few prizes for our highest scores. The best part of the cruise was meeting all the friends we made on CC before the cruise, all week long. For us embarkation and debarkation was a breeze since we are platimum but our travel mates said it wasn't bad for them (embarkation ans they got off with us Taxi for 4 back to LgA $48 including tip. If you are looking for a great time and mostly care about ship life this cruise is a great value.
