The cruise was the WORST VACATION EVER. I cried in the first 24 hours and wanted to go back home. The food was horrid only the paid restaurants were decent. There are 4 free restaurants and 10 paid restaurants that range from $15-$30 per person. O’Sheenan’s Restaurant should be shut down and never reopened.

My room was not clean at all on the first day. The shower was never cleaned and the sheets had urine and blood stains on them. On many days the rooms were not properly clean.

The customer service at guest services and the wait staff was extremely ridiculous. Most of the workers were extremely unhappy or did not want to help you at all or did not know anything. Read more
