Sail Date: November 2013
Destination: Southern Caribbean
Embarkation: Barbados

2nd time cruiser and was totally disappointed in level of service , but what got me more than anything was that some people payed less than half of what we paid for a balcony cabin.... We had booked everything so we could have the 'holiday of a lifetime' and to be honest, we would have been better going back to Egypt to our favourite resort - we could have been there 5 times for what we paid.

Food not so good, got food poisoning, the only good thing about this ship was the weather and the people we met....fantastic and 6 out of 8 ports were superb, but never again will I cruise a British cruise line. As a nation we really do have a lower expectation than the Americans.

I spoke to other on board who were shocked , discussed and disappointed who said that they could only use the experience to never cruise P&O again, but highly recommend Princess cruises and Royal Carrbean.

Totally agree - I went on Royal Carribean before and spent £2k less for 2 wks More and was in a similar sized tom, but the food, people and the ship were absolutely 1st class, staff were excellent.....if only we could turn the clock back...so very disappointed in this holiday. Would never recommend this cruise to anyone - use another cruise line........ Less

Cabin review: Ventura D701

Room was big, large balcony, cleaned daily - no fancy towel animals that most cruise lines seem to do..... Clean enough but could have been better
