Big ship.... big dissapointment

Sail Date: December 2013
Destination: Mexican Riviera
Embarkation: Fort Lauderdale (Port Everglades)

2 hours plus to board... Not immigration fault too few RC check in staff

No available food after boarding except Serrento's pizza with long lines....

1st night bar = casino, club, everything shut down at 2am. Yes you heard me called concierge asked about food and bars... CLOSED.

I show for 4 nights in main stage.... Comedian/magician 1 show at 7:30pm on last night

Chops specialty restaurant sent back two veal chops which we couldn't cut.. chief came out he couldn't cut ... apologized nice guy but we had enough.

Men's rooms all over ship smelled like urine ( I am not fussing about stuff like that but it was simply not clean.

Golf simulator down entire trip.

Ship beautiful and nice, well maintained

Disappointed in RC and will not go on large ship out of Ft L again.

Getting same problem staff didn't know which level to direct us to get off with bags ... Less
