We have been on 6 NCL Cruises. This was by far the worse. Staff was obviously unhappy and showed it in their presentation and interaction with guests. The ship was chaotic and lacked organization. Glasses were dirty in the dining room and the noise in the Manhattan room inhibited conversation. Dinner music it wasn't.
Bed was about 12 inches from the closet so nearly impossible to get in it. No drawers and the balcony was so small I worried a large man could fall over the railing if there was a jolt on the ship. The housekeeper we had was friendly and did a nice job.
The food was pretty good when you could get it. Some dinning rooms decided they couldn't handle more guests and sent us to another who also wanted us to wait another hour.
