Just returned from a quick trip on Brilliance of the Seas. I am still trying to understand what has happened to Royal Caribbean.
The first problem we encountered involved a glitch on their web-site...A word to the wise triple check that all of the numbers match on you set sail pass and baggage tags...Our did not, lost luggage for several hours all because of a print error from the site.
Stateroom amenities : none. No pens, paper, lotion, shampoo, laundry bags etc. You must ask for everything...Totally unacceptable.
Booked as two people with a request for two twin beds, arrived to find one bed....
Windjammer open until 3:00 pm. Looking for a snack not an easy task.....Café in the Solarium only place without an additional cost, located at the back of the ship.
Two previous cruises on Celebrity Summit and Royal Princess....Don't think I will be booking on Royal Caribbean anytime soon
