Thomson Dream (Nightmare) Adriatic to the Atlantic.

Sail Date: November 2013
Destination: Europe - Eastern Mediterranean
Embarkation: Palma de Mallorca

My wife and I booked this cruise to celebrate our 45TH wedding anniversary. What a mistake that was, ,platinum cruise my I. We boarded the ship at Palma, check in was very quick as we were among the first to board. Once the ship sailed our troubles started and just seemed to get worse as each day passed.

1 The quality of the food was very poor and often cold when dining in the Orion Restaurant.

2 The choice offered was very limited and widely recycled from previous days menu for example the scrambled eggs had boiled eggs mixed through them the corned beef hash from one day was on the afternoon rolls the next day

3 In our cabin number 6112 we had a problem with small flies and reported it to reception they sprayed the cabin and for a while they were gone but a day later they returned and continued to annoy us till the end of our trip.

4 On two separate occasions we went to have a shower and found there was no hot water and More on occasion we had no water at all.

5 Some of the furniture in the lounges were in a poor state of repair and were very dirty and stained.

6 We were both bitten by fleas and showed the bites to Ben at reception who we complained to at a private meeting. We asked him for a complaints form but he said there were none. He didn't write any of our complaints down he just said he was sorry. Less
