This was our tenth Carnival cruise, and was among the very best!
Starting with the embarkation process, everything was well organized, well managed and efficient. We have never been able to board so quickly. We had priority boarding so we expected to have an easy time, but our friend who was in the normal boarding process actually got aboard faster than we did, less than 20 minutes. The Carnival staff at Miami and aboard the ship were superb.
While Victory is one of the older ships in the Carnival fleet, and is showing signs of age, it is well maintained and clean. We understand that it is due for some upgrades, hopefully they will only enhance what is already a wonderful ship. Our cabin steward, Carlos, was excellent.
The onboard entertainment was outstanding. We are accustomed to excellent shows, but the Living in America and Vrooom shows were among the very best we have experienced on any of our cruises.
Our dining room crew was superb. In particular the head waitress, Natalya, is the best we have encountered. The rest of her crew was great but they were only a reflection of her quality.
The debarkation process was even better than embarkation.
We are considering booking another cruise aboard Victory in the very near future.
