Just returned from cruise and have a lot of information to give future travelers. Booked flights with sister and husband but because msc book group seats on flight if you have different names not guaranteed to sit together. Requested rooms together but one room in even corridor and one room in odd corridor. Requested diner table for 8 got table for 3. Booked excursions with cruising excursions cheaper than msc excursions and traveled with another 2 person and not a couple of bus loads of mixed nationalities. Go to reception on arrival and ask them to remove service charge you will have to argue a wee bit but staff don't get the service charge so tip as you go. In restaurant glass of wine cost 5 euros and a bottle cost about 20 euros ask for a carafe (not advertised) which cost 7 euros plus 15% . Reception are not allowed to give info for areas visited (only there to get you to book excursions) so in Dubia shuttle to shopping mall start at 10 am.and metro does not open until 1 pm on Friday. Food was fine but not gourmet have breakfast in dinning room as nicer to get served hot food than to collect your own cool food. Room boys were great and friendly, waiters friendly but sometime get mixed up with language.Reception staff rude and not very helpful so do your homework before you go.Do not accept rooms 8001 to 8050 as above the bar and noise awful at night. . . .

Cabin Review
