Sail Date: Dec 2013

The first 2 cruises we ever took were on Carnival and were a lot of fun. We hadn't gone on one in quite a while so booked the Breeze Dec 1-7. It started off bad with booking parking on line at a place called Safe Cruise Parking...what a joke, the lot we were supposed to park in was an open fenced in lot - no security and no one there. We drove around to their "main" lot which had a line going around the block and the lot full as people who parked from other cruises hadn't arrived to move their cars. We ended up going to the port and paying $20 a day to park.

Getting on the boat was a joke. If you PAID to get special treatment or were a premium member you walked right in, if not, you waited 45 minutes plus to get inside the terminal. Once there, again if you paid more or were a premium passenger you walked right through, if not you WAITED.

Once on board our room was ready and we headed to the Lido deck for lunch. Very long lines but the only hot food in the Lido all week.

Cabin Review

Cabin was fine but the room steward needs training.
