Outstanding Service, first crystal cruise, favorite among many other c

Sail Date: November 2013
Destination: Mediterranean
Embarkation: Rome (Civitavecchia)

Friendly staff learned my name and even remembered my orders for breakfast and in bars.

Entertainment included impressive circus type act, magic show, outstanding strings music group (that remembered requests and played songs on following days as well); in addition to traditional acts.

In Prego had the best swordfish I have ever tasted, In Silk Road and sushi bar enjoyed miso cod, salmon, california rolls, and more with outstanding service. one of hightlights of cruise.

Chris,DJ in Pulse played current hits for dancing with a younger crowd. Chris remembered requests and played them other nights as well.

Enjoyed the spin/bike classes offered in the spa

disappointed they are adding a $30 fee for Prego, Silk road and sushi bar, only negative comment

Crystal deserved 1st place rating in Travel and Leisure, better experience than Cunard, Princess,Holland etc. I will recommend Crystal. Less
