This was my 34th cruise and my 6th with NCL...will simply list positives and negatives..
Beautiful ship with a lovely promenade deck
Large screen in atrium which was great for football games and movies
O'Sheehan's pub a nice (free) additional option for meals
Fire and Ice ( a performing couple) were excellent
Great Stirrup Cay has really been built up over the years...makes for a really nice stop
Embarkation was very slow and the "priority" I was supposed to get never materialized as I was rudely herded into a lineup
Pool is very deep and way too small for size of ship
Food is so-so, especially desserts
Booked a studio room ( and paid a lot) expecting the much touted "hostess" to organize dinners etc. but she did absolutely nothing all week...also paid $12.50 for a drink in the studio lounge which was a rip off..NCL doesn't really seem very committed to making More
cruising better for their solo passengers
Thought Rock of Ages was very disappointing...more like a high school production
TV options in room are terrible
Room service slow and, at least in my case, got order completely wrong even after the girl on the phone had repeated it carefully to me...go figure... Less
Studio cabins are really well planned though small...plenty of storage space...bed was really comfortable. Cleanliness could certainly have been better as I found junk on the carpet that had not been vacuumed up when I arrived....
