Starting with the quality of the food. I found it to be at best poor. If it were a restaurant I would have walked out. The ship's chef does not have a clue on how to prepare fish. This also includes their speciality restaurant where they try to emulate an upscale N.Y. restaurant, failing miserably in the attempt. The Caesar Salad prepared at the table to much fanfare was so salty that all who ordered it sent it back. The fish was also over salted and sent back by the four people that ordered it. I don't know what segment of the population they are cooking for, surely not mine. I did not expect the food to be more than adequate in the main dining room. I expected a little more in their upscale restaurant.

The ship itself and its facilities were top notch. The crew was attentive and nice. The bartender at the martini bar was excellent. A fun time was had by all.
