Im Going back to RCCl

Sail Date: November 2013
Destination: Eastern Caribbean
Embarkation: Boston

This ship is old needs a lot of repair - the crew are over worked and very unhappy many to not smile and are very robotic, They know the get an automatic gratuity so the could care less tips should be earned.

Only two free dinners restaurant 's Aqua and Venetian the menu does not change except for a chef special every dish has some kind of over salted / spicy sauce to cover up the taste the food is awful service is poor at best . the crew never comes back to ask if meal is ok or if you need anything

The food in the Garden Café for lunch and dinner. so much better than the Venetian or Aqua much better and friendly environment .

The cruise directors staff and the operations staff were not on the same page very unorganized pool games cracker beer and try to whistle????

The cruise Director Paul only could laugh on the tv filming of information and his recommendation were very questionable .

Many crew members staffs were not communicating More well enough every time you asked a question to any crew you got different answers.

Only great crew member and happy was the washy washy happy happy lady in the garden café.

The pool deck is over crowded and pool full of people and the pool got hot and dirty with suntan lotion and god know what else fast.

they need more crew onboard and better service (like they care) if you travel alone or a gay couple look out the single you out and service is worse .

NCL is like riding greyhound bus lines or flying spirit airlines..

every thing is a cost on board . Less
