The ship in and of itself is lovely. It had just returned from an extended trip - Barcelona to Lauderdale without a break and my comments relate to what appeared to be burned out staff and not enough time to restock adequately.

The lack of visible staff and attentive service was noticeable, Tendering in Belize was a veritable nightmare especially for parents with children and those with physical limitations - standing in lines, rerouting lines to different floors, inadequate staff coverage to keep folks informed - disorganized is an understatement. Guests complained about out of stock, common items; Bloodily Mary mix and Dewars...Omelet station was In-demand, but consistently under staffed, dinner reservations were confused, a lot of staff to staff inquires reflected a lack of leadership, oversight and training; overall staff just didn't present as fresh, informed and ready for new paying guests. An oddity I noticed was the excessive amount of glassware remaining on the tables when not in use making the table space congested; dining with others makes accessing items in center of table awkward (Chops Grill serves family sides).

This ship is a bit older in construction & did not allow for the Spa amenities I prefer; Ocean-view Solarium with therapy pools, wet/dry saunas, heated lounge chairs, showers and lockers available for a daily fee. Hot tubs are out on deck, saunas are available via the gym; separate components, not a therapy Spa experience - I did not locate this info pre cruise on the website. The shows and activity amenities were enjoyable and overall we enjoyed ourselves.

Cabin Review

Porthole window was large and room provided adequate storage. Comments relate to service; put out breakfast request for room service that never arrived, 1 of 4 nites had towel animal at turndown...really never developed 1:1 with room attendant, minimal contact. AC could be cooler.
