Regarding Queen Mary 2 voyage from Southampton to Hamburg - 4th to 6th November 2013.

We were upgraded from cabin 6013 to cabin 5265 with a balcony. That was the good news. The bad news was that our luggage was still delivered to 6013. The two cabins were at extreme opposite ends of the ship. So it was a long way to drag the luggage down the narrow corridor.

Our feedback is that we were completely disappointed by this voyage as were many other passengers we spoke to. One passenger said that if the voyage had gone on another day they would have thrown themselves overboard. Others said it was their first cruise and they wouldn’t be doing another one.

Cabin Review

A comfortable and spacious cabin with a balcony but it is right at the back of the ship and a long walk to some of the facilities.
