I LOVE RCCL and the Mariner is a beauty! This is my third cruise -- have sailed Disney and Celebrity before. By far my favorite although I loved the Disney cruise -- this one was longer.

We got to the port about 10:00 and had to wait a little while because they had a wedding party and a special luncheon for travel agents and such. We were the third or fourth family in line and waited probably 1/2 hour to 45 minutes. Once the line started moving it went really fast and very easy. Found our cabin with ease and met our steward -- Gerome was great all week and his assts. were great while he was "on vacation" for a few days.

We left our carryon luggage and went to the Windjammer. The food was great and we got a seat by the window -- I loved the way this was set up to let in so much natural light -- it was always bright and sunny here. The food was pretty much the standard buffet food, but there were a lot of choices and it was good.
