We were on the December 10 sailing. We live in Southern California and took the Super Shuttle to Long Beach. The Super Shuttle trip to/from had it's challenges to the point that DH and I may never use this shuttle service again.

We were scheduled to arrive around 9 am, but didn't arrive until after 10:30 am (driver tried to take us to Los Angeles three times even after we kept telling her we weren't going to LA, but to Long Beach). Therefore, we were unable to take the tour of the Queen Mary. We were able to get in the Zone 1 line and the wait after check-in was about 1 hour. We were on the ship by 12:30. Our cabin wasn't ready so we went to have lunch on the Lido deck.

The Pride is a beautiful ship! This was our first cruise with Carnival and we didn't know what to expect. We were not disappointed. The crew were probably the best I've experienced. They were excellent at remembering our names.
