A group of 10 of us took a 5 day cruise to Belize and Cozumel.

The embarkation process was smooth, although some of our group did not get their luggage until 5 minutes before the 8:30 dinner seating. The debarkation process was a nightmare. The cruise line said it was due to immigration, which may have been true, but it was highly unorganized.

Departing the ship for excursions in port was awful. There was very little cruise staff there to ensure that people were directed to the end of the line. Read more
