A group of 10 of us took a 5 day cruise to Belize and Cozumel.
The embarkation process was smooth, although some of our group did not get their luggage until 5 minutes before the 8:30 dinner seating. The debarkation process was a nightmare. The cruise line said it was due to immigration, which may have been true, but it was highly unorganized.
Departing the ship for excursions in port was awful. There was very little cruise staff there to ensure that people were directed to the end of the line.
Our state room and attendant were fabulous!
My husband and I each purchased the top shelf drink package. We were shocked to learn that we could not get bottled water with this package. You would think with us paying a total of $550 for 5 days that we would be able to get bottled water when we wanted it. We were told we'd have to purchase the water package in order to get bottled water. Ridiculous!
Our service in the dining room was great. The food, More however, was mediocre at best. We have previously cruised on Celebrity and Disney, both of which had food which was MUCH better than RC.
